Teil – Fest der Völker (1938). Movies about history are good, but only if they tell the truth. Unfortunately, this film is based on false narratives. Old footage is framed with new footage, combined with a story that only highlights the narratives created to make the Nazis look bad, and the German people appear to be deceived. It’s just a staged, propaganda-driven story that portrays the people as unhappy. The story about the Jews has no basis because it makes no sense when compared to modern facts. The Jews were deliberately painted as enemies just to justify war and killing. It simply doesn’t add up.
